We assist both businesses and works councils in employee participation matters, including the setting up of employee participation structures and the training of board or works council members and representing either the business or the works council in legal proceedings. In addition to the legal expertise we have to offer, we have a lot of experience in advising businesses at strategic level on the (re)structuring of their organization and on developing, introducing and changing HR policies. Clients regularly engage us on an interim basis to provide inhouse guidance during important HR projects or to temporarily replace inhouse employment counsels or HR officers. We provide teachers for various programs of training institutes, such as OSR, the Institute for Employment Law and HRM, Lex Lumen and SGBO (Radboud University Medical Centre). We also speak at seminars and conferences.
