In addition to the legal expertise we have to offer, we have a lot of experience in advising businesses at strategic level on the (re)structuring of their organization and on developing, introducing and changing HR policies. Clients regularly engage us on an interim basis to provide inhouse guidance during important HR projects or to temporarily replace inhouse employment counsels or HR officers.
